GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The company Globos Chile Ltda. SARL—trading as Atacama Balloons Ltda.—organizes balloon flights and stays for private buyers, travel agencies, and tour operators.

The Company reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale. The applicable conditions are those found on the company's website at the time the Buyer places their order.

Placing an order constitutes the Buyer's irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the terms and conditions of sale to the Buyer, as well as the obligations of both parties.

These conditions are binding on the Buyer and may be transferred to another person as a gift, provided the company is notified.

These general conditions come into effect upon the placing of the order by the Buyer and remain in force until the expiration of the rights and obligations assumed by either party.

Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties, the ticket includes:

Vehicle transfer from the meeting point or the passenger's hotel in San Pedro de Atacama to the hot air balloon launch site.

Balloon preparation and inflation.

Safety briefing.

Hot air balloon flight.

Balloon packing/stowage.

Light snack.

Return transfer to the meeting point by vehicle.

Air transport liability insurance.

The Buyer agrees to receive information regarding their order and its fulfillment via email.

Right of withdrawal regarding the sale of hot air balloon tickets: The Buyer has the option to withdraw up to 10 days before the scheduled flight date.

In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer will be fully refunded for their purchase.

Cualquier desistimiento realizado dentro de los 10 días anteriores al vuelo implicará la no devolución del precio pagado.

The price of the services offered for sale is stated in pesos. VAT and air transport liability insurance are included.

The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price will be the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

No one has the right to board a hot air balloon without being in possession of a flight voucher.

The pilot is the sole commander on board. As such, they have full authority over anyone on board and may disembark any passenger if they deem that person's behavior to pose a threat to the safety, health, or good order of the aircraft.

Each passenger is insured under the civil liability coverage associated with the aircraft used.

The risks are covered for amounts comparable to those required by the AAC / Civil Aeronautics Board of Chile and by air passenger transport regulations.

Items taken by passengers are not covered by our insurers or by us.

Hot air balloon flights are entirely weather-dependent. The Company reserves the right—at the pilot's discretion—to change the launch site or cancel a flight right up until the moment of takeoff due to poor weather conditions, unfavorable wind directions, technical issues, or any matter concerning passenger safety.

The Company is not liable for any costs incurred by its customers other than the cost of the hot air balloon ticket in the event of cancellation.

All tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, barring special weather conditions or an agreement between the parties.

When the cancellation of a flight is a consequence of the Company's decision for meteorological or safety reasons, the passenger may make a new reservation for another flight, in accordance with these general conditions.

Given the unpredictable nature of weather conditions—particularly the wind—we do not guarantee specific routes or the sites overflown.

The flight schedules shown are for illustrative purposes and are subject to change.

Passengers must wear clothing and footwear suitable for the activity. High heels are prohibited. Caps are recommended. Only small personal items are permitted on board.

The Company is not qualified to judge passengers' physical condition and fitness for flight. It is up to the passenger to follow their doctor's advice in case of doubt.

The following people cannot fly:

Pregnant women.

Children under seven years of age or under 1.20 m in height.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Children and young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Groups of children must be accompanied by one adult for every five children.

Animals are prohibited on the flight.

The Company's obligations shall be suspended in the event of force majeure, and the Buyer may not hold the Company liable.

Unforeseeable, unavoidable, and external events that prevent the normal performance of the contract are considered force majeure or fortuitous events.

Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions.
